Great communication. Tech arrived as scheduled and thoroughly worked on my issue. He wasn’t able to resolve in the field so they will be taking the Spa back to the shop to track down the issue. Fair prices. I’ll update again once they track down the leak somewhere under the spa.
Jeff was excellent. He did a thorough job replacing valves that were leaking on our swim spa, and stayed while we were refilling it to make sure there were no other leaks. We will definitely be calling on him for any work we need done in the future.
