We called ocean spas for a repair of our swim spa. This was on sunday. He called right back asking what the problem is and scheduled a service call for Monday, he came out with parts ,unfortunately old parts and new part is a little different. Came back out Tuesday with correct part (bigger controls box to run 2 motor system) installed it sealed all leaks. Very quick 100% satisfied.
I had a great experience with this company. I waited to post this because I wanted to make sure that their diagnosis was correct. Which it absolutely was.The tech came out to fix a non-working hot tub and quickly diagnosed that the issue was with our breaker panel supplying power partial power to the tub.I called out the electrician and they fixed the issue. It would have been so easy for them to try to sell us on other issues. But the tech was honest and used his high level troubleshooting skills to help resolve the issue.This will be our go to hot tub company after this experience.
Nick responded within a few hours, showed up when he said he would, charge what he said he would charge and did what he said he would do! Was super professional and nice and even tweaked my system a bit to help me make it easier to bleed! I highly recommend!
