Last week, David came out for pool maintenance at our families rental in Mesa. These guys were on time and got the job done quickly. They made sure everything was running properly and checked all the chemicals. Now my pool is looking great and I'm not worried about it.

Not only for completing the job on schedule, but most of the work was done ahead of schedule. The patio,deck,and property was cleaner when the were done than when they started the project ! Julz & Hector did a fantastic job breathing new life into the pool of my newly purchased home. Hector came out and analyzed the current state of things and explained everything in great detail. Julz came out to drain/wash/refill the pool and got everything shining again!
Trilogy Pools A Cautionary TaleI closed my account with Trilogy Pools, and I wish I had done it sooner. My pool often looked untouched, despite receiving photos that claimed otherwise. To make matters worse, they randomly added services I never requested, charging me for them without prior approval. Despite multiple requests for transparency and the ability to approve services beforehand, my concerns were consistently ignored. When I finally decided to cancel, they charged me for a full month, excluding the last two weeks of service. They sent my account to collections, insisting on the full amount, despite the fact that I have emails and photos proving they didn’t provide service for the entire month. I challenge Trilogy Pools to prove otherwise. My account in collections is now negatively impacting my credit, and I’m left with no choice but to pay for services I didn’t receive. I have paid for the services to keep my credit report in good standing. If you're considering this company, be cautious. The can and will negatively affect you with zero regard even when you prove they didn’t complete all services. My experience has been frustrating and damaging, and I will be sharing it with anyone who asks. They clearly prioritize PROFIT over customer satisfaction, and I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
Trilogy Pools took our 20 year old pool and made it new again! They communicated with us every step of the way and their team provided prompt, professional service. Highly recommended company.
