We were with Baileys for years- and I was a little worried about the change. However, I could not be more pleased - they went out of their way to control an algae problem that appeared in my pool- and returned to work on it until it was clear. And they have been prompt, very good at details, and have diligent technicians. My pool looks great!
Complete Pool Care took over the business from my previous provider and did not miss a beat! I wish I had a before photo, but you can see from the after, it is spotless. Great job!Plus, the staff is super friendly!
First of all, let me say that I do not normally leave Google Reviews but I was so disappointed in my experience with Complete Pool Care that I thought it important to make people aware of it.I believe that the ownership has changed in the recent past and that may explain the poor service and the odd behavior of the owner.My experience began with the rude woman that generally answers the phone and continued with the tech disabling my Polaris while at my house to work on the spa- totally unrelated.Not only was their tech unable to repair the issue for which I had requested, he rendered the Polaris unusable.After discovering the tech’s failures and calling multiple times and receiving no return call , I was told by a very nice lady that the owner(Luke) had advised his staff not to return my calls and that they would not be coming back because he thought that it was “not a good fit” because I had mentioned to the tech that the receptionist was rude on the phone. Very odd as there was never an exchange of harsh words between me and any of his staff- only the mention to the tech that the receptionist was chronically rude.I suspect that the owner was unwilling to take responsibility for breaking the Polaris and incapable of making the requested repair to the sauna. I can think of no other reason for his strange handling of the situation.Very disappointing. I would not recommend that anyone use Complete Pool Care.Not the same company that it was under previous ownership.
Complete Pool Care is amazing! They do a fantastic job cleaning our pool every time. I really appreciate that they send before and after pictures. It’s such a nice touch and shows how thorough they are. The owner even reached out personally to make sure we were happy with the service and to let us know they had purchased the pool company that previously serviced our pool. Great communication, great work, and very professional. Highly recommend!
