Installed a pool at our home over 2 years ago. We recently discovered that one of the lines has been leaking since the install. It progressively got worse over time. Apparently they do not pressure test their lines at install. Of course they were not responsive in a timely manner. Then we are told it's not under warranty anymore. We had a reputable pool company come out at that point. Stay far away from this company.
Fantastic team to work with. I was so resistant to a pool in the first place but the finished product is fantastic and the planning process was actually enjoyable and the pool is now our favorite part of the house. Chip and his team are professional and so patient, especially when it came to selecting the shot crete color. They kept us informed every step of the way and addressed the issues that came up after the job was complete rather than just disappear as I've unfortunately heard friends experiencing with other companies. Our equipment still works great years later, our price was fair, and we never felt pressured to do or buy anything we didn't want. In fact, Chip seemed to really enjoy throwing around ideas with us so we could come up with that perfect pool. Working with ACM pools was simply a great experience.
Chip did an incredible job on our pool! I had very specific ideas to create two sun decks and variable depths and he brought my vision to life! The quality and attention to detail is second to none. We are so happy we chose ACM Pools for our dream pool!
