This place was Amazing very professional, we had Two older hot tubs removed one on the inside and one very large in the middle of our yard two guys didn’t skip a beat or hurt anything , extremely cautious to all electrical , property and their own safety, I would hire these guys ten times fold … Thank you so much for coming to the area ! And the price was reasonable and worth every penny .. we look forward to do more business with this company .
Buyer beware if your looking for customer service or warranty repair after purchase. Purchased covana cover in Sept 2025 it's now broken with no repair in sight. Jim the owner doesn't return calls and refused to even look at it. Stated if covana doesn't pay warranty labor he's not doing anything. After contacting covana myself he emailed that it will be at least 2 months for warranty work that I already waited a month for.I don't recommend Aqua Paradise. Don't understand how a company gets 5 star reviews with such poor customer service.In response Jim lets be truthful. Your tech came 5 days later, check your appointment book. The next day I contacted you. You did state that Covana won't warranty it and you weren't coming out. I contacted Covana and told them, then they emailed you. Thats when you texted me after you told me you couldn't make contact with them for 2 days. The maintenance is required per owners manual, never mentioned by you.
The service guys are amazing. Delivered on time. Got everything working (after a few tries) but it all worked out in the end. We're very happy with our hot tub and aqua paradise. Very responsive owner and staff.They went above and beyond to make sure we got it working the first day. Yeah! we love itHad a slight hiccup with a small leak. The service people came out quickly and took care of the situation. Very pleased.
So far, everything is awesome! I am waiting for the electrician to come and hook it all up. Jim from Aqua Paradise literally had to jump through hoops to get my hot tub for me! Conway (South Carolina) just started using permits for them and he had to learn everything and do everything on the fly to make it happen! I was impressed by that and how quickly and professionally it was installed. Job well done gentlemen!
Our Experience with AP has been amazing… Chris and associate explained the operation and care for our brand new hot tub very clearly…so easy even this cavewoman can do it!! I highly recommend Aqua Paradise for your hot tub buying experience even if you are just looking..not to buy give them a try… Thanx Aqua Paradise Spas Family!!
