This is my go to business for pool chemicals and advice. Experts at testing your water and making recommendations. You I also had them install a new Jandy heater last October. Shane did a great job. Went above and beyond to get it right.
Bought a home that had this company do a $10,800.00 pool equipment upgrade January 2022 and I bought this house in May 2024. The Choloronator cell went bad and Hayward says it has a 3 year warranty but SUNCO said that warranty is only for the original buyer and refused to warranty the cell. I purchased this home based on the fact that the pool system had been totally updated and thought the warranty was valid for the 3 years but apparently not. This company should stand behind the products they sell a little better. I will be looking for a better pool company for all my pool needs in the future that has better customer service. Regardless if the 3 year warranty was to one owner only, if almost 11,000.00 was spent the local dealer should have tried to help Regardless. Thanks for your response but not typical of a quality dealer.
Great experience from top to bottom. Did exactly what they said they would do and communicated well. 5 star work. Iam recommending Dan and Doug to everyone I meet.
