From start to finish they were extremely professional knowledgeable. And commutative. They had a difficult job of redoing an existing pool. Have had a terrible experience with service. We have been waiting 2+ weeks in the middle of summer for an update to fix our pool heater they installed less than 3 years ago. No one has been able to help us. We felt they were overcharging for chemicals so we stopped having them service the pool but now we can't get a response to fix the heater they installed.
Denscot Pool is great for opening and winterizing. If I ever move and need a pool built, they are on my list to call for sure! Everyone is so nice, I highly recommend!
Denscot did an excellent job remodeling our existing Gunite pool. The pool exceeded our expectations when it was finished. We made the pool rectangular, added steps on one end that stretch from side to side, added a submerged bench to the other end of the pool, shortened the length of the pool, resurfaced the interior, applied new tiles above the waterline and added an electric cover. Scott and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly and conscientious. It was a complex job, but they started and finished when they said they would.
We have had great experience with Denscot Pools. The previous owner of our home and pool recommended Denscot Pools to us. As newbies to the pool opening process in particular, we were nervous but they were extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process for opening. We go in weekly to test our water and they are knowledgeable and helpful. They always have the right chemicals stocked and the prices are comparable to other places. We needed an on site visit and they came over very quickly and addressed our needs and even did a couple extra helpful maintenance things that was very much appreciated.
