Our experience with Aquatica has been outstanding, and a big part of that is because of our project manager, Hunter Lafkas.From the very beginning, Hunter has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He keeps the entire project moving smoothly by coordinating the crews efficiently and making sure every detail is handled. His communication has been exceptional—he responds to our texts, emails, and phone calls almost immediately, which has given my husband and me tremendous confidence throughout the entire process.Hunter is proactive, organized, and truly gets things done. If we have a question or concern, he addresses it right away. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers’ experience.One moment that really stood out to us was when the construction manager from the neighbor house came over to look at the work being done in our backyard. He told us that he normally doesn’t compliment other companies, but he was genuinely impressed by the quality of Aquatica’s workmanship and said the work being done was exceptional. Hearing that from someone in the construction industry reinforced what we had already experienced throughout the project.Building a pool can be stressful, but Hunter has made the process enjoyable and worry-free. Having a single company coordinate the entire project made the process so much easier and completely took the stress off our shoulders.Our project manager, Hunter, was absolutely fabulous. Great pool service! The team -John Perrman, Jeremy Tracy and Vincent Weiner are hardworking, dependable, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. John also does a great job keeping my pool looking clean and ready to enjoy. It's nice knowing I can count on them to show up and take care of everything.
