My husband and I have had an great experience with Robert from Aquatica's construction department! There were a few outstanding issues that needed to be dealt with. As soon as Robert was made aware, he immediately made sure every little thing was rectified. We can say Robert truly went above & beyond! His communication with us has always been excellent! Our experience with Aquatica has been outstanding, and a big part of that is because of our project manager, Hunter Lafkas. From the very beginning, Hunter has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He keeps the entire project moving smoothly by coordinating the crews efficiently and making sure every detail is handled. His communication has been exceptional—he responds to our texts, emails, and phone calls almost immediately, which has given my husband and me tremendous confidence throughout the entire process. Hunter is proactive, organized, and truly gets things done. If we have a question or concern, he addresses it right away. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers’ experience. One moment that really stood out to us was when the construction manager from the neighbor house came over to look at the work being done in our backyard. He told us that he normally doesn’t compliment other companies, but he was genuinely impressed by the quality of Aquatica’s workmanship and said the work being done was exceptional. Hearing that from someone in the construction industry reinforced what we had already experienced throughout the project. Building a pool can be stressful, but Hunter has made the process enjoyable and worry-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service have exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager and highly recommend Hunter, along with the entire Aquatica team. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

????? We could not be happier with our pool-building experience with Aquatica! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. One of the things we appreciated most was that Aquatica was truly a one-stop shop. They handled everything—from HOA approvals and city permits to the fencing, landscaping, decking, plaster, and every other detail along the way. Having a single company coordinate the entire project made the process so much easier and completely took the stress off our shoulders. Our project manager, Hunter, was absolutely fabulous. He was always quick to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. His communication and attention to detail were exceptional. Our design experience with Scott was equally outstanding. He was incredibly patient with us as we worked through design decisions and HOA requirements. He took the time to listen, offer guidance, and ensure every detail was exactly what we wanted. When Rianne stepped in toward the end of the project, he hit the ground running and was fantastic from day one. The transition was seamless, and his professionalism and dedication never skipped a beat. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the finished pool and backyard exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Aquatica to anyone considering a pool project. Great pool service! The team -John Perrman, Jeremy Tracy and Vincent Weiner are hardworking, dependable, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. John also does a great job keeping my pool looking clean and ready to enjoy. It's nice knowing I can count on them to show up and take care of everything. I really appreciate their friendly attitude and excellent service. Highly recommend!
