My husband and I shopped at Hot Springs Pools and spas in Summerville. The salesman Kevin was very pleasant to work with and the sales room had loads of models to choose from. Great experience in which we felt confident in the product line and chose a Caldera tub.
Needed help with revitalizing and repairing our pool system. This included filters, pump, lighting, heating, autofill, etc. Tyler and Forest provided the service. They were extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They even took the time to explain the pool system to me with patience and easy to understand useful information. I was so pleased with their service I signed up for their long term service agreement. I highly recommend Hot Springs Pool & Spas Charleston.
