After the local dealer where I originally purchased the hot tub stopped managing warranty issues, I wasn’t sure how the repair would be handled. Thankfully, Hot Springs Pools & Spas of Charleston took ownership of the situation and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Foster traveled all the way from Charleston, arrived exactly when scheduled, thoroughly analyzed the problem, and quickly got the issue resolved. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident from the moment he arrived. Just as important, Foster was a pleasure to work with—friendly, respectful, patient, and willing to answer questions. My husband and I shopped at Hot Springs Pools and spas in Summerville. The salesman Kevin was very pleasant to work with and the sales room had loads of models to choose from. Great experience in which we felt confident in the product line and chose a Caldera tub.

Needed help with revitalizing and repairing our pool system. This included filters, pump, lighting, heating, autofill, etc. Tyler and Forest provided the service. They were extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They even took the time to explain the pool system to me with patience and easy to understand useful information. I was so pleased with their service I signed up for their long term service agreement. I highly recommend Hot Springs Pool & Spas Charleston.
