Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The work performed on our travertine pool deck was substandard and has not held up. The pool is less than three years old, yet a section of the coping has already sunk approximately two inches. The decking has shifted, has many gaps and is buckling in many places. We have made repeated attempts to contact the company and give them an opportunity to inspect and correct the problems, but they have failed to respond. Mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should stand behind its work and communicate with its customers when serious concerns are raised. Because of the extent of the damage and the company’s continued failure to respond, we are now hiring an attorney to address the matter. Based on both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service afterward, I cannot recommend this company.

He managed to preserve our existing patio features while delivering a freeform gunite design that blew the competition away. We had a great experience working with Salty Reef Pools on our pool project and would absolutely recommend them. I’m fairly certain I met with just about every pool company in town! Over the course of 2 years, Matt came out several times to meet with me, before I ever even signed with him! At no point did I ever feel rushed or dismissed during the decision making process. Once I had a vision, Matt truly brought that vision to life and on budget. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, took the time to walk me through different design options, and offered thoughtful, professional feedback. His team is amazing, and the quality of their work really stands out. The pool and spa are absolutely gorgeous and truly a dream come true!

We were looking at installing a plunge pool at approx 10-11'W x 21-22'L. We called approx 4 different pool companies for ideas and options/pricing on a pool. Matt @Salty Reef had the best,most innovative ideas and his pricing was the best.We felt his customer service and attention to detail was excellent.He broke down step by step the installation process,handled permits,and his workers always showed up in a timely manner.I cant say enough good things about Salty Reef,Matt,his foreman Dallas,Lauren,and his team.
