Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The work performed on our travertine pool deck was substandard and has not held up. The pool is less than three years old, yet a section of the coping has already sunk approximately two inches. The decking has shifted, has many gaps and is buckling in many places.We have made repeated attempts to contact the company and give them an opportunity to inspect and correct the problems, but they have failed to respond. Mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should stand behind its work and communicate with its customers when serious concerns are raised.Because of the extent of the damage and the company’s continued failure to respond, we are now hiring an attorney to address the matter. Based on both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service afterward, I cannot recommend this company.

They made us feel comfortable with the entire process by providing seamless, turn-key project management—handling everything from supporting HOA drawings, all trades, and township permits.Matt met with us personally several times before we signed, and his responsiveness to our questions and concerns was unmatched. What really impressed us was his honesty regarding the 'whole project' estimate, and which features truly made sense for our space. He managed to preserve our existing patio features while delivering a freeform gunite design that blew the competition away. The final result—the size, shape, and colors—is even better than we imagined. Matt and his crews followed through on every single promise. At no point did I ever feel rushed or dismissed during the decision making process.Once I had a vision, Matt truly brought that vision to life and on budget. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, took the time to walk me through different design options, and offered thoughtful, professional feedback.His team is amazing, and the quality of their work really stands out. The pool and spa are absolutely gorgeous and truly a dream come true!
We were looking at installing a plunge pool at approx 10-11'W x 21-22'L. We called approx 4 different pool companies for ideas and options/pricing on a pool.
