Wow 2 other reviews already about your company branded trucks with reckless drivers. Well I just encountered this myself and can confirm what the other 2 reviewers have mentions. Absolute mad man behind the wheel speed through 40km posted residential zone at least 65-70km blew a stop sign to almost hit another vehicle all while having his cellphone in hand , to which he then started yelling at the car he almost hit for honking at him for almost hitting them (wild behavior) . This type of employee is a danger to all others on the road. There are children who play in these residential areas too. You think the owner would stand on business and correct this. Who knows maybe it was the owner doing the driving. Plenty of other respectable pool services in the north shore and lower mainland. Let's all steer clear of this company so we can keep as many their crazy drivers off the road to protect the safety of others.
Amazing pool company. I’ve had some bad POOL SERVICES in the past. Very reliable. They do a great job servicing your pool and are available in any emergency situation I would highly recommend
Saw another reviewer post as well regarding a dangerous driver in a truck with your branding. Dude was driving like an absolute madman tailing and passing cars on the knight street bridge today. April 4th 2026 Have a talk with that guys, he’s going to cause an accident or worse.
I live in the area and twice now in the past 7 to 10 days has a small pickup truck with you're branding all over it, has recklessly blown around the corner awfully fast and way out of his lane coming off of mountain highway onto Crown street in North Vancouver while his cellphone on the most recent occasion, there is a literally a child's daycare on this corner. You would think someone driving a company vehicle (branded at that) would drive a little more professionally and safely especially with the child daycare in the area there.
Very helpful and efficient service. They did a change out of the sand for our sand filter, and even when they had to do a bit extra labour as not everything was as expected with the inside of the filter chamber, we were still invoiced the original quoted amount which was really decent! Mike and Ciara were pleasant and cheerful to deal with, and gave helpful advice to get our cloudy pool water back to sparkling. Really great team!
