The true testament of a great business is not the experience you get when you purchase something but how they treat you when the product needs support. I bought the Dolphin S400 last month and it had some issues from the start. I went back to Ultimate Pool Service more than a month after purchase and Lyndsay and Isabella went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot on the spot (even though their actual tech support team was away!). Once they knew that it was a hardware issue in the power supply unit, they immediately replaced it with a new one. They even handled all the paperwork and I could walk out feeling like I made the right decision buying a reasonably expensive product from a business that genuinely cares about customer service. I'd absolutely go back to them for my future purchases.
Ultimate Pools installed a new pool heater for us and the experience has been excellent. Brian is very responsive to all questions and communication has been fantastic. Everything was completed on time which has not always been my experience with other companies. Overall, Incredibly happy with the installation and customer service.
