Good guy. Was patient with me as I worked to understand what was going wrong with the hot tub and why after lightning struck our hot tub. Also honest and fair, money-wise. Not somebody who would take advantage. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
I called with two issues with my stand alone hot tub. John provided prompt, knowledgeable advice and with his assistance both of my issues were resolved. John was courteous, honest and patient with me. This is my first hot tub not connected to a pool so it is new to me. I highly recommend John and I will use him for all my future needs. He has renewed my faith in customer service which, in my experience, is all but dead in many businesses. Thank you.
Great service, good price. Just save yourself a headache and time and contact A-1 Spa service. John came over same day and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He got the hot tub up and running even though it was holiday season. I will definitely contact him for next time.
Communication and timeliness is very good! I’ve had multiple repairs done on my hot tub by A1 and they’ve always been fair and honest. Work has always been completed in a timely manner and they’ve done great work. Highly recommend using A1 for any hot tub repairs.
John was great and got my hot tub working like new! He helped me do some troubleshooting on my own first in hopes of minimizing expense, but in the end I needed a professional. He arrived right on time both visits and was quick to get the work done without any issues. I was on a timeline and Jon was able to meet my needs. I highly recommend A1 Spa!!!
