With anything mechanical or electrical there’s always an opportunity for issues, and as such I had a strange electrical issue with our spa and Rob seriously went above and beyond the call of duty to help diagnose the issue. He never once pawned us off to another tech at any time. When he said he’d be there, he was, and on time, and ALWAYS with an attitude of “where going to get this figured out and fixed”There’s too many places to count where you can buy above ground spas - but in full honesty, because of Rob, I’ll will always buy a spa here.
Rob was our service man. Extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very efficient. Really helped us out. Thanks Rob. We are very happy with our service and have been very happy with our Healthy living spa for 13 years.
We have been a customer since Aug 2025. When we bought our hot tub they assured us how good their service has ans would be to us. This was the only reason. We purchased ours as we live further out than their company. Well after 6 weeks we got out tub. The guys were great. Our tub has given us issues since then. When we call no returned calls email they answer those but put it off phone lines are down. This has been annoying for the past month. Finally got a man to service it. He left the next day started the same thing again charged 200 for coming. So we called back and we still wait for call backs and a service We just wished we had never purchase from them. Please be aware of this company !!!!
Sales and delivery personnel were informative and helpful. They both went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the operation of the hot tube. Very pleased with our hot tub!
If I could give no stars, I would. We have been trying since January to get the lights replaced on the outside of our hottub and have made numerous calls to the company. They "assure" us each time, they are ordering right that minute. They have never returned a call and I have left endless messages. Hottub is great, service is less than desirable. I will update if I ever get this problem solved.
