I completely understand why this place insists on being paid in full before any delivery or any work gets done! I paid in full for my pool and accessories the same day we picked it out ! Told the salesman exactly what we wanted at least 5 times! He wrote it all up and told me a grand total! I paid him 100 percent in full! Then all of the sudden their customer service took a drastic nose dive! Got pool up and going finally! Then crew was supposed to come install lights and fountains! Came all the way to Cushing Oklahoma and said they didn’t have the correct parts! Next thing I know I get a phone call a few hours later and was told sorry we didn’t add lights and fountains to purchase! Which I informed them at this point that we told the salesman exactly what we wanted based on the showroom model! I pacified over and over that we wanted that exact same pool and set up put in my backyard ! What is the total cost? And that’s exactly what I paid for in full! Now the all they can say is so sorry! It’s our fault! But so sorry! So for an extra 2 thousand dollars we can give you what you wanted ! I told them to stop being sorry ! And just be a stand up company and do the right thing! Do what you said you were going to do in the first place! Be responsible! Be accountable! But I guess not! So just keep your eyes open and your hands on your pocketbook when dealing with these people! Don’t Ever, Never pay in full up front! These people are untrustworthy!!! Haha! Very easy to say sorry! Says a lot about you and your company when you just won’t do what you said you would do! Like I said folks pay very close attention to these dishonest people!
Had my pool liner replaced due to storm damage back at the end of October. Having replaced one by myself a few years ago, I chose to have it done by CL. They sent out a team that did an excellent job. Tyler, Travis and Curtis arrived around 9:30 and got started. They were very courteous and mindful of what they were doing as to not tear up the yard. We had some casual conversation during the job which was nice. Tyler was providing some on the job training and I could tell he wanted to make this job was done correctly. Great job y’all.
We just got our pool serviced today Wow, what a great job the pool tech did. He explained the maintenance routine so well, helped us with what to do about the hard water problem. He was very polite and professional. Thank You Youssef for expertise and your kindness.
I had a vision for our backyard and I needed it not to break the bank! After hearing such good things from my neighbors about Country Leisure. ( a pool they have had for nearly 6 years) I finally made a phone call. Toby was polite, professional and was able to give me a break down of what our options were via email within an hour. What looked good on paper we wanted to make sure it was the right move so we took a visit to their location. After all of Chris and Tobys help we were sold! Everything that was in email we were able to view in person and online to see what worked for us. Never were we pressured to do more or felt like we were a burden. The process was 100 easy and hassle free! From the very first phone call to install and afterwards! They’ve helped achieve exactly what I was wanting for our family. I cannot say enough good things about our entire process. These guys professionalism, quick responses and overall making this process for us so easy will always have me a returning customer. We will forever recommend them.
I have been calling since February to get a quote on a pool liner install. I've left messages on the answering machine because the sales person never answers the phone. I've left messages with a guy that said he'd give my message directly to the salesperson, and assured me they would call. It's now May. I've had liners installed before and bought a pool from Country Leisure, but it doesn't seem to be the same company anymore. This lack of communication and followup is disappointing. Time to try elsewhere.Edit: As of 7/23/2024 I've changed the review to 4 because this company really has been wonderful in person. The service counter lady was always spot on with helping me... getting the right replacement pump when needed, as well as cutting and cementing the flexi-pipes for the pumps when they dry rot from the weather exposure, and making sure I had the right replacement O-rings and weatherization equipment. I had a liner redone back around July 2015 and they were very quick and replaced a pottery container that was broken during that incident. Years later, they sold me a wonderful floor clearance pool that I enjoyed until I moved and a horrible tenant destroyed the liner. This company is awesome if you deal in person. Playing phone tag, not so much.
