We purchased an $18,000 hot tub with a highly-touted "set it and forget it" salt sytem, in Nov 2024. The tub had a hose leak, right away, that a repairman had to order part for an performed an hours-long repair job, right off the bat. The salt system was problematic from the get-go, and same repairman made several trips to try many things, including: replacement of "brains" of the unit, filler hose filters, chemicals, etc, to no avail. One year later, the owner tells us, 'it's your water out there. These salt tubs don't work just everywhere!' So, instead of doing the right thing and having that as part of your sales process: "Where do you live? Let's test your water first"....they just saddle you up with a $20,000 hot tub, and then tell you "you may as well resort to just throwing chlorine in it and call it a day, because it won't work with your city's water. Too bad!"This is dirty pool. It matches our expensive hot tub water!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!
I live in east Norman, which isn't really conveniently located for me to use Emerald Springs, but the service I receive makes it worth the difference. The on site staff are very helpful. The shining star is the service staff that came to my house numerous times over the years for a service call, especially Stephen, who is very friendly and knowledgeable! He is prompt and maintains good communication for his appointments, as well as offering suggestions for better maintenance of my hot tub.
It was a snap!! Randy Dumont knows his stuff. He explained how it would work, and bam!! That is how it went down. The delivery team was a little stretched as they brought the tub to Tulsa or about 110 miles. NO PROBLEM!! They did a great job for sure. From the time we selected the spa it took us about 1 month to finish the pad and patio extension. Our electrician was from Colburn electric and he hooked it up and ran the conduit to exactly where it was needed. I'm loving the Grande and the features so much that I have to remember to relax since that is why we bought it in the first place!! Good luck people!!
