We called Jimmy on a Tuesday afternoon. Within a few minutes after our conversation he sent a quote. He completed the replacement and poor plumbing the next afternoon. His quote was spot on, no extra mystery fees. We can now enjoy our pool instead of being on constant alert. It is an absolute pleasure working with him. I enjoyed speaking with Jimmy. He did not try to force a sale. Due to winds, dirt, rust and over 20 years of usage the heater had errors primarily with the pilot and lighting. Jimmy listened to the issues I was having and informed positives and negatives of the old water heater. Initially he walked me through to get the heater to work so I did not replace. A few months later the heater gave out and I replaced through him. I’m glad to have met him and be able to use him to upgrade the heater. I highly recommend as he provides service to the customers need and listens, is detailed, and gets the job done the right way.
