We love our new hot tub! We got a Bullfrog Spa and it’s amazing! I do want to mention that the customer service we have received from the time we walked into the store and met with Dan, the man who was super knowledgeable about all the spas… To meeting Eric and Ryan, who were such wonderful guys that came and set up our hot tub and explained how to work it properly…my husband and I are so happy with our purchase from this company! Would definitely recommend! Thank you all so much!
I chose bullfrog spas because a friend of mine recommended it and said it was the best hot tub to buy. The Moore location was Extremely helpful. Eric Our sales person constantly answered our questions, even past the sale and always eager to help us so that we get the most out of our spa. It was a great experience, highly recommended.
First off, Matt, our salesman was great and has been throughout the last 3 years. Nothing short of exceptional with every issue we’ve had…he’s a standup guy. The maintenance/repair guy has been good, but that’s the issue…we had our tub for ~4 months and things began to fall apart. In the 3 years we have had our tub, we’ve had TWELVE repair tickets. All 4 cupholder lights x2, waterfall, touchscreen, both motors, and all 5 jet packs have had to be replaced, and it keeps air locking for no reason. Gordon, the manager, isn’t worth a dime. About a year and a half in, due to all the repairs, we requested a new tub, or a refund. He has been less than willing to even consider a compromise of any kind. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have this many issues, and I explained to him that we feel like it’s a one off and not the norm. Still, not willing to negotiate any kind of resolve. Talked to corporate in Utah and they basically said the spas are sold to individual stores and they basically “wash” their hands and it’s up to that regional manager. The last email I received from corporate (approx 2 weeks ago) said Gordon would be reaching out…and I’ve heard nothing. Left a message a week ago at the store requesting he call me…nothing. Would definitely not recommend Bullfrog solely based on my interaction with their manager, Gordon. I think they CAN be good investments, but if you run into issues like we have, you’re stuck with a really expensive lemon sitting on your porch awaiting the next item to break…and absolutely no professionalism or backing by their manager. I recommend you seek relaxation via a spa elsewhere.
Wonderful experience! Great customer service! Delivered our new one and hauled our old one away! So nice and easy. Go above and beyond. They have moved tubs for us in the past as well. Will continue going back for all spa needs!
Ryan and Eric were awesome and very informative while installing. Matt was very nice and easy to work with in the Moore store. I’d recommend him to buy from because he knows his products and had us exactly what we wanted lighting fast. Ryan and Eric were also very quick with only being at the house for less than an hour and a half while installing. A great experience and also a very comparable price with a much better product. Thank you for your hard work.
