I have been trying to get someone to come out and fix my dynasty spa for over a year. Someone I know recommended this company so I figured I would give them a shot. I’m so happy I did. Larry arrived promptly and did a wonderful job. I wound definitely recommend them and use them again.
I have had them do my monthly maintenance and addressing any needs for YEARS. Never had an issue- really liked John. Sadly after he passed away we no longer got return phone calls or our emails replied to. We had paid for a hot tub cover-not cheap- in speaking with Robin I know they ordered the incorrect cover and were trying to address this. I was very understanding to the issue and just want to communicate to address that and see if I could get a referral on maintenance. Very sad after being a valued customer for years to get radio silence. Hugely disappointed
At first, they sent over grouchy spa tech that showed no respect or regard to us or our brand new spa. After complaining about that person, they sent another tech, John who was way more professional and clearly more knowledgeable on how to fix the problem we had with our spa. Overall John and Robin, the manager, treated us very professionally and our spa is now fixed properly and working wonderfully! I recommend this business.
