I used them to close my pool last September. The crew who closed it dis not remove the plugs for the heater. When I opened my pool in May, a pipe burst in the heater. I called pools and spa to let them know ow what happened. The next day they sent someone out to take a look. 1 week later, they installed a new (expensive) heater free of charge. This is a company who truly stands behind their work. When the time comes to redo my pool the ONLY company I will be calling is pools and spa Nj. Thank you!

Ryan the service manager made sure all our questions were answered ASAP and stayed on top of things from our estimate to installation.Mike, the guy who came to install the cover was extremely knowledgeable & kind. He not only did an incredible job but he also took the time to explain each and every step to us. He even pointed out a crack in our filter we didn’t know existed and had an estimate worked up for us right away. This whole team is amazing to deal with, from personality to work.
We purchased a Loop-Loc Blu Sky W/Cristalita Marble Pearlescence liner. We absolutely love the liner. The pearlescent effect makes the pool look absolutely beautiful. The technicians from Pools & Spas were absolute professionals and did a fantastic job. The liner does require an adjustment which they agreed to do next summer when the liner is warm and will stretch more easily. They did a fantastic job cleaning the steps and they tested the bottom drain. This is the second liner that Pools & Spas has installed for us. I highly recommend them!
Great work and customer service. Did a complete renovation including new plaster, tile, coping and replaced all underground lines and skimmers. The work was done perfectly any touch ups were addressed quickly with no hassles. Chuck was a straight shooter from the beginning. and we couldn’t be happier with their work. We spoke with several companies and they were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Quality work by quality people. All of their workers were very respectful. Sue is the best too!
I highly recommend Pools & Spas Services for any pool renovation/new liner as well as their weekly service. They recently replaced my liner, lines, added returns, replaced my skimmers and added a light. We couldn't have been happier with how the project went. Chuck (the owner) was extremely engaged throughout the entire process. Chuck and his team answered all of my questions and concerns (and I had a lot). I was also impressed by the attention to detail throughout the process as well as the expertise that the entire team brought to the project. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the amazing work that Pools and Spas did. We now have a beautiful pool to create amazing memories with our family and friends for years to come!
