They quickly diagnosed my issues, patiently answered all my questions about the equipment and proper maintenance practices and my pool is pristine once again. I cannot recommend highly enough!

This is by far the most unprofessional pool company in Old Bridge. Avoid them like the plague. Specifically Mitch, he will listen to all of your requests, he will laugh at every joke you say. He will try to make you feel good… then when you pay your initial deposit he will disappear and work on HIS time. I had the worst experience with this company, so bad that we ended up going to court. Even while in court, he was being unprofessional calling me “crazy”. If you absolutely HAVE to work with this terrible company, make sure you use your credit card. Just in case if he decides to disappear on you, at least you have the credit card company to call and get your funds back.
While working with the warranty department for my pool heater, Mitch was asked to assess why my unit was not functioning. He came out to my home the following day (on a Thursday) and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient with answering all my questions and providing advice on the heater. On Friday, I was advised by the manufacturer that the heater would need to be replaced. Monday morning, Mitch's team was at my home with the new heater - also very friendly and knowledgeable.The responsiveness was unbelievable - especially since I live an hour away. I have been trying to fix this issue for 3 very frustrating months. Mitch and team got it done in 3 days. Top notch service!
RBM pools is absolutely the best in the area. My wife and I did a lot of research when we interviewed pool contractors and the team at RBM was both the most knowledgeable and the most professional. After selecting RBM and signing a contract to build our pool, the service level and professionalism never diminished. The team stayed in constant contact with us during the process and more importantly kept to the timeline. If I were to ever need another pool in the future, I would definitely select RBM pools again.
