This crew is great. They can do pool install AND service. For me, they did a design/ install for a steel wall, vinyl liner pool with auto cover, heater, diving board, built in seats, sundeck, etc. also seasonal pool opening and closing.They also do in-store water testing and are quite knowledgeable on the chemistry aspects if you're maintaining your own pool.
Jim and Austin are great to work with. They are very experienced, professional, and genuine in their interactions. The pool is exactly what we wanted!
Andy and Trey have been helping figure out my hot tub chemicals. they are very patient and kind as I managed this learning curve. I did not buy my hot tub from them, but that is not an issue for them. They provide great customer service. If I could talk my husband into a pool, I would be getting it from Bell pool. Thank you.

Jim and his crew started a pool for us in mid September and everything was done by mid October. One month !!! We chose to build a 16’ X 32’ sport pool and we had challenges. Limited access, new retaining wall, concerned neighbors and lots of concrete. They faced all the challenges with professionalism and did a great job.I chose Bell because of their great reputation and the fact they are locally owned and operated. Jim and his crew kept me informed during the construction process and the various contractors they recommended all were excellent and performed as promised.I highly recommend them as a pool builder and their retail store has a good selection of pool accessories at competitive prices.I like the fact that they build one or two pools at a time, so while you have to wait your turn, when it is your turn, they come until they’re done. So, sign early and enjoy.
