During construction, they kept us updated, were extremely professional, cleaned up constantly, coordinated with all the contractors, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Over the past month, we’ve also worked with their service team to maintain our pool and recently had them close it for the winter—their service team is equally outstanding. We saved and dreamed of building a pool for years. When it was finally time to go for it, we were SO nervous and not sure who to hire. We went with Classic because some friends of ours knew the owner's family and assured us they were fabulous and honest people. From the start, Classic has far exceeded our expectations. From the staff at the store, to the service guys, to the construction crew and management, EVERY SINGLE employee has been exceptionally kind, helpful, patient, and professional. You just don't find that anywhere anymore! Once they started digging, we got regular updates via call or text. They were super patient with our questions and really quick to answer them. Without us even asking, the guys swept the dirt/rocks out of our driveway, street, and sidewalk every single day and kept us in good graces with our neighbors. Not to mention it was EXACTLY 30 days from the start of the dig to the hose in the pool. We are so excited to finally have our dream pool, and beyond grateful it was such a good experience getting here.
