Talk about s great guy! Texted early to ask about repairing a pump and averted right away that they didn't do that, but sent my information to a couple of pool techs for me and followed up! Thank you Mike! I'll definitely recommend you to anyone who wants to build a pool!
Mike was great to work with. He was very responsive, communicated throughout our project, answered all my questions, showed up when he said he would, and did excellent work with his crew. We highly recommend Mike if you need pool repairs, especially with concrete shells.
Where do I start? Mike was the only person in Omaha that was confident enough to fix our pool. We had lost hope after talking to over 10 companies. Like seriously I can’t recommend ANY other company in Omaha. We have a mid century modern home with a courtyard pool. Every company made excuses and asked more questions than offered solutions. After talking to Mike we quickly realized that the other companies just weren’t up to the task. Mike was confident, very knowledgeable and very honest from the start. What I loved the most was the communication and follow through. If we needed to meet he’d set a time and actually be there. He’d even send a text saying he’s on the way! He sent a reasonable quote, had to adjust a few things but it was a combination of removing charges for things that were no longer needed and adding charges for a few uncovered problems. He’s a stand up guy and would definitely recommend. We even tried to give him the last check on the day the pool was complete and he was showing us how to use the equipment. He told us to hang onto the check for a while just to make sure everything is good and we are happy. Well we are happy.
Mike was amazing to work with! He literally saved us thousands of dollars today… He came out checked out our pool to help us try to seek a leak. It ended up being some thing that a pool company could do on their own. He was responsive, professional, and so much help! I highly recommend them if you are needing any work done on your pool!
