I recently had the opportunity to meet James and his team at Olympic Pool & Spa, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and customer service. My existing Hot Spring hot tub had developed several leaks. Unfortunately, Continental Pool & Spa, the company where I originally purchased the tub, would not service the leak. I then contacted Olympic Pool & Spa, even though they do not carry the Hot Spring brand.James and his team promptly came out to evaluate the problem. They spent considerable time removing panels and thoroughly inspecting the tub in an effort to locate and repair the leaks. After seeing the extent of the issues, I decided it made more sense to replace the tub rather than continue investing in repairs.I purchased a Saratoga Lincoln model from Olympic Pool & Spa, and I have been very pleased with both the hot tub and the outstanding service I received throughout the process. Just as importantly, I have confidence knowing that if I ever need service in the future, James and his experienced team will be there to take care of it.If you're looking for a quality hot tub backed by knowledgeable people who truly stand behind what they sell, I highly recommend giving James and the team at Olympic Pool & Spa a call.— Loren Lamprecht
The staff at Olympic Pool and Spa are always so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products they sell. We purchased our Sundance Spa from them many years ago and continue to see them for chemicals and maintenance. Highly recommend!
Horrible staff, expensive, lackluster service. As a new pool owner, I went to them to de-winterize my pool. The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service.Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.
We had a very disappointing experience with Olympic Pool and Spa and would not use them again. We chose this company because we were told before signing that they work on one pool project at a time and complete that project before starting another. That was not the case. We were also told we would be swimming last summer, but due to delays, that also did not happen.Communication after signing the contract was very difficult. I often had trouble getting clear written responses, and many questions required repeated follow-up. For a project of this size, that cost over 6 figures, we expected more proactive communication, clearer timelines, and better follow-through.There were significant delays with the concrete portion of the project. After the pool was installed, we waited several weeks for concrete. Once completed, the concrete cracked very quickly in multiple areas, which was extremely disappointing. We also experienced unexpected charges that were not clearly communicated in advance. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., we received an invoice for $13,709, and we were told it needed to be paid before Monday morning at 7 a.m. or the concrete would not be poured. We were not prepared for a charge of that amount to be presented over a weekend with such a short deadline. When I questioned the timing and amount, I was told to “just postdate a check” and then told I was “being ludicrous" for being upset with the lack of communication. For a project costing over $100,000, that interaction was extremely disappointing. That same day, we also received another invoice for more than $3,000 for burying conduit, which was another charge we did not understand to be part of the original agreement. The spring opening was also frustrating. We had scheduled the opening weeks in advance for either the week of April 15 or April 22. On April 4, the office called and said they would be there Monday, April 6, to open the pool. I explained that snow was expected and that we would not be opening the pool that day. As first-time pool owners, we were told to fill the pool “to the skimmer box.” When they arrived the following Monday, we were then told there was not enough water to complete the opening. At that point, seven bags of salt were left on the pool deck along with test strips and a bag of balancer. My son was told that once the pool was filled, we should clean it and add all seven bags. That was not enough guidance for first-time pool owners. There was no meaningful walkthrough, no clear instruction on balancing chemicals, and no complete explanation of how to operate the system.I called the cell phone and office the next day because we needed more support. The next day, someone came out and showed us the basics, which we recorded because we wanted to make sure we had accurate instructions. Even after that, we had to call again to ask whether the chlorinator should be turned on and where to set the PSI on the pump. We received different answers from different people. There is also an unresolved issue regarding my son’s time and money spent repairing the Bobcat. I sent an invoice for that work and was told "that's funny" and that payment had been worked out with him, which was not accurate. I resent the invoice with my son copied and stated that it was due upon receipt. I did not receive a response.Overall, our experience included poor communication, major delays, unexpected invoices, concrete issues, missing warranty paperwork, missing parts, and unresolved follow-up items. For a project of this size and cost, we expected much better communication, transparency, workmanship, and follow-through.Based on our experience, I would not recommend Olympic Pool and Spa to anyone!Edit to respond to company's reply: How would you like me contact the company to discuss? Carrier Pigeon? I have called, texted and emailed, and the one response I received from the owner to all of my concerns and payment for the Bobcat was as follows "that's funny." Incredibly dismissive, unresponsive and unprofessional.
I have to say this was the best customer service I have received in a long time!! They came to open my pool for the first time. I’ve been using them for other things regarding my pool, always top notch Customer Service. But today they took it over the top. They really took the time to listen to my needs and significantly helped me with pool maintenance tips! I recommend this company 100 %.
