Shane and his service team came in and fixed numerous issues/design flaws/installation errors created by another contractor. They moved efficiently through the issues and approached them in a cost effective manor to get the pool swimmable. After everything was up and running, Shane came over and walked me through a brief orientation of how my pool works and what/how to do and when. I learned more about pools in an hour with Shane than I had the previous 3 years of research and throughout the build process. My primary pump shorted out after 7 years. Shane from Phoenix Pools replaced the pump at my house today (6/22/2026) with a few hours notice. He also reprogrammed the schedule in my panel and already has everything back up and running.Mark (Service Manager) handles all things service related and communicates all dates and times for pool openings/closings in the Spring and Fall.Madison runs the front counter at the G St. store and always has the answers to your questions. If she doesn’t know the answer, she gets it for you.We also buy all of our pool products/chemicals from the Phoenix Pools store every Spring.Highly recommend
Make sure you go to Phoenix Pools for all your pool needs.Madison does a fantastic job and explains everything you need to know.Phoenix Pools Is The Way To Go!!
Hands down the best pool company in NE! From building to servicing 5 years later, they are the best to work with! Thank you Phoenix!
Had a great experience with Phoenix Pools. The purchase, the installation, the follow up all done professionally. I would recommend them for all your pool and spa needs
Move with Caution-Good Product, Horrible Customer Service. We were very satisfied with the construction of our pool and highly recommend the cleaning system that Phoenix Pools offers-it is a great feature for daily pool maintenance. However, our satisfaction deeply drops regarding Phoenix Pool’s Service Department. Our first occurrence was when we had issues with our heater leaking less than 2 years after our pool was finished. It took numerous phone messages (they never physically answer their phone and only occasionally return calls) before we could get someone to come look at it and by that time (6 weeks later), the heating elements had completely corroded. They could not give us a reason for this leak other than it was probably due to a chemical imbalance (even though we consistently took our water in to them to test)-so they refused to cover it under warranty. We later learned that the Product (Easy Pool) that they promote to use weekly to help keep the water clear contains copper and that copper buildup was the underlying reason for the heater to originally leak and their lack of response lead to the full corrosion of the heating elements.Fast forward 2 years and 5 of our 6 built in pool lights went out. Again, after over 3 months of numerous phone messages (they still won’t physically answer their phone) and numerous text messages, we are still waiting for a final response to determine if these will be covered under warranty even though I have documentation that these lights were faulty prior to the end of the warranty time.I cannot rate this company any higher than 2 stars due to the consistently poor response from their Service Department as well as their refusal to stand behind the equipment they utilize and promote.
