Incredibly frustrated with the lack of service we have received. We hired them to close and open the pool as well as the hot tub. They have not delivered on what they claimed they would do. We are also still without a functioning hot tub for the second season of summer. The secretary keeps saying Nick will call us back but he continues to not do that. The amount of money we have paid to this company is insane and we are essentially in the same non working pool position.We understand repairs take time, but at this point we are so done with this company
