Choosing Andy's Pool has been the best decision I've made this summer for our pool and deck renovation. I talked to at least 5 different contractors and Andy by far is the easiest, most competent and helpful one. I am a VERY difficult and highly analytical perfectionist. I probably texted and called him hundred of times about every detail of our project throughout the 5-week timespan, and he answered every single of them, and on top of that always found a solution to any problem and concern right away. He patiently worked with me from stretching out my vision, picking the materials, designing the layout, budgeting, and maximizing the potential of my pool and backyard. Let's just say he and his team did not disappoint. The project turned out more beautiful than I had expected and most important we stayed within my budget. If you are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and patience contractor, Andy and his team are ONEs! They are efficient, detail-oriented, and solution-driven! We had Andy’s Pools remodel our pool in March/April 2025. The remodel took a total of 3 weeks which was very fast considering the amount of work they had to do. Andy the owner was involved from start to finish. The crews were professional and the work was perfect! We are so glad we chose Andy’s and we highly recommend them!
Our project involved resurfacing an old painted plaster pool with mini Pebble Tec, re-staining the rocks, and updating the water slide. After interviewing several pool construction companies, we chose Andy's Pools because they were knowledgeable, customer-focused, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary products. The entire project took about two and a half weeks.All the team members on-site were polite, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves daily. Whenever we had questions, the owner, Andy, responded promptly. We were always kept informed about the project's progress, with updates on what would happen over the next few days and the subsequent steps. The rock team was very cautious about the stain results. They first tested a small area for color variation to ensure we were happy with the outcome before applying it to the entire rock areDuring the project, I requested a small change order regarding the pool lights. This was handled smoothly, without causing any delays, and was fairly priced. This level of service is not something I've always experienced in other home projects, so it was a pleasant surprise. Being easy to do business with is important, and I found this team excelled in that area.Overall, we're very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Andy's Pools to all our friends.
