I absolutely love my pool!!! Ben did an excellent job helping me design my outdoor living space. We had to get pretty creative and I'm so pleased with the result. His crew worked hard in tricky conditions and were always responsive and polite. The outcome was fabulous. Follow-up service has been excellent, as well. I strongly recommend Cox Pools!

WONT HONOR LIFETIME WARRANTY We had a pool installed in 2019. Have used their sister company for weekly service as they stated this would be good if there was a warranty issue. We started having leaks last spring (2024). Paid two times to have several leaking issues repaired. Called Cox when another leak arose about them fixing the pool since we have a lifetime warranty on the shell. They said they have several pools that are being redone so to faulty materials and that it was an 8 month wait. But they sent someone out to repair. Also, said we were responsible to keep the pool full to keep from voiding the warranty. At 8 months and with another leak we contacted them to see when we could expect the repair and they said, at least another 6 months and that we would need to continue filling the pool. They sent another person out to fix it but it is cold and he stated he wouldn't be doing any more dives. We now have another leak they won't fix, won't reimburse us for increased water usage, repairs or to hire another company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
