My Pool pump died. We got a strong recommendation from a service pro for Gulfside Pool Service LLC. I spoke with Amber and we set up for Chase to visit and troubleshoot our pool motor issue. Long story short, in the course of verifying we needed a new motor, we also included further major items. Spencer and Chase came to site with everything we needed and completed a major overhaul of our complete pool system in half a day. It was honestly, very refreshing to have a company state what they will do, when they will do it and finally actually do it and do it very well. I give a full recommendation to this company and intend to refer them for business in the future.
Our Polaris pump quit working I called Amber on a Friday and on the following Monday Chase came out to assess the situation. He said we needed a new motor ( it was 10 years old). He was able to replace the motor the same day. Chase also diagnosed the problem with the slow moving Polaris and fixed the problem! Chase is such a nice young man. We have used Gulfside Pool Service since we had the pool installed over 15 years ago! After Hurricane Michael Spencer came out and shocked our pool within a week after the storm. He also replaced our sand filter. Spencer and Amber are such professionals in taking care of their customers. Highly recommend this business!!
Gulfside Pool Service was maintaining the pool when I bought this house 6 years ago. There has been no reason to change as Spencer and family do a great job. I don't have to worry. They are available for any questions and take good care of my pool and filter system. I feel like I know the entire family. I recommend them!
