Just under two years ago we purchased a spa and porch furniture. Everything went smoothly with the purchase and delivery.We recently had a problem with our spa cover leaking. It was still under warranty, and the replacement process was smooth and timely.Everyone in the organization is a pleasure to work with.
I recently purchased a new IC40+ from Pinch A Penny at the 23rd Street location to replace my old IC40. I installed it myself but couldn't get a flow indication on the LED, so I placed a service call. Hannah got me in the service queue quicker than I expected - within a couple of days - and Steven came out to troubleshoot the problem. Long story short, it took Steven multiple service trips, photos, phone calls to Pentair, and collaboration with Dustin and Connor to finally get the issue resolved. At no time during the entire process did anyone ever get frustrated, lose patience, or focus. The staff mentioned in this review were kind and respectful. Their sole purpose was to make sure the IC40+ was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service they provided. This was an excellent service experience.
Hired Steven for pool school he is a very knowledgeable and helpful technician, taught us how to operate and maintain our pool and provided helpful recommendations.
Steven came and knew my problem was valve related with them being turned the wrong way. He called the office and discussed it with the in house expert and it was confirmed and immediately working again. So I have taken pictures of the way the valves should be when the hot tub is working then another picture of what the valves look like when just the pool is on.
Jimmy and his team have done a wonderful job resurfacing our pool, adding a heater and filter and answering questions thoroughly. Even when we have any pool questions or pool maintenance issue, Jimmy is always happy to help answer our questions and help us out when we’re in a bind! I highly recommend Jimmy and Pinch-a penny in PCB for all your pool needs. Wonderful work and customer service!!
