Pool & Spa In Town, LLC

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pool and Spa in Town, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and provide expert advice.

I see a lot of great review but I had a bad experience with one employee really seemed annoyed every time i called or he called he kept insisting for me to do a swamp clean which I never denied to do but I want someone to see where the problem is coming from if someone can look at my pump as well because it’s not running like it use to & this is the second time it turned green. So they said someone going to come, the day of my appt the same annoyed man called saying oh no one going go to check your pump it’s going to just be the swamp clean 500 . Like why have me go back and forth all week to have an appt to call the same day and say no one going check my pump when I really needed someone to and I was going to pay 125 on top of the 500 . I could have looked for another spa to see what’s going on. Idc for the money if I had to pay 1,000 I would have as long as my pool was good and running . I’ll definitely be spending my money somewhere else

It was a little hard to find this place without a sign but I’m so glad I did! The owner and his son were extremely helpful and patient with me (I have a small above ground pool and I have no idea how to take care of it) and they were cheaper than Amazon!! I couldn’t believe it. Hoses on Amazon were going for $39, I got mine for $4 there. Finally when i paid, they packed everything up and walked me out. I love family run businesses and this is exactly why.

These are my go to pool servicers who happen to be in my town, so I feel very blessed. It is hard to find people who know what they are doing when it comes to pools. They are also the nicest most helpful people and Marek's son is a new, very welcome addition to the group. Love them.
