Can’t say enough good about Mike and his hot tub repair skills! He’s extremely knowledgeable from diagnosis to completion. His experience shows! Prices are reasonable and the service is fast and efficient. I had 3 separate issues going on with my older hot tub and he got them all corrected and working like new in a few hours - and that included 2 separate trips to get parts. Just a solid person to work with!
I ordered a Spa cover that Cost over $500. I paid him in February 2025. The cover was only supposed to take 5 to 6 weeks.. After three months I started calling. I was advised originally that they were on backorder. Seven months later, I was told the Place where the spa covers are ordered from forgot to place my order. So I’ll get it in 5 to 6 weeks. Again after the allotted timeframe, I was told they would be delivered by the end of the week the end of the week would come I wouldn’t hear back. He doesn’t answer my calls or texts. When I do happen to catch him, he tells me that it’ll be the end of the week. A few few times he even told me he was on his way to the property in 30 minutes. And then the cover was never delivered. I understand that things happen but it’s been over a year. Starting in February 2026 one year later I was told he would give me a refund. He had to wait for the cover place to reimburse him. And then since March, I’ve been told -when I do get them on the phone- The check will be in the mail and I should receive it by Friday. This has been multiple times I still have not received my refund. I’ve had other work done from Mike, which has been great. But I cannot let $500+ dollars go for a cover I never received. I just want my refund As the service and product was never delivered. I paid in good faith.If I don’t hear back, I will need to take the next steps and possibly File not only formal complaints or seek other options to get reimbursement.
Mike was knowledgeable and DEPENDABLE! With so many flaky people that never show when they say they will, Mike tells you he’s coming… he’ll be there.Did a great job fixing multiple leaks I was dealing with. Will save their number and only use them in the future.
Quick service, fair price on replacing spa pump and small leaks within system. Returned quickly when a small leak developed. Highly recommend a small business owner.
My 20 year old Jacuzzi hasn't worked for several years. They came out and diagnosed the problem the next day, ordered the parts and had it running like new the following day. I'm very happy with the job they did.
