Above and beyond service! After our long time pool care giver retired last year, we went through several companies and had continual problems. When Ryan Shelton arrived at our house, on a Sunday, he was greeted with a green pool and a yard with a lot of trees. He was completely knowledgeable and had our pool sparkling and back normal within a week. Ever since, he always arrives on the day he is supposed to and our pool hasn't had one issue since. Ryan is always friendly, even taking the time to play with our dogs when he recently arrived and they happened to be i. the back yard. I highly recommend you consider his company if you are looking for top notch pool care!

Billing and Transparency: I was charged for four weekly services in October but learned too late that a fifth week wasn’t covered. The service agreement has terms that could be clearer, so I recommend reviewing it closely.2. Service Quality: When backwashing my pool, they directed the pipe into the ground, causing erosion. My previous provider used the concrete driveway to avoid this. I raised the issue, but my concerns were dismissed.3. Repair Costs: They quoted over $400 for a minor repair that involved only a defective spring. After a second opinion, I found the cost to be inflated. This was especially frustrating as I’m currently dealing with a job loss.4. Communication Issues: The technician, Ryan, struggled with communication, leading to missed visits and misunderstandings. For instance, he rang my doorbell (which I had mentioned was broken) instead of calling as requested.5. Contract and Fees: Be cautious with the contract they ask you to sign upfront. I’d suggest asking for automatic monthly credit card billing without extra fees. Their fees are also higher than some other local companies I’ve used, which charge around $160/month.Overall Experience: After working with several pool companies, this was my most frustrating experience. I’ve since returned to my previous provider, who offered clear communication, fair pricing, and a smoother billing process. Hopefully, sharing my experience will help others find the best fit for their needs.
