Gary was very reliable, would come himself to fix equipment issues. Now he is gone, apparently retired without notice and has been replaced by an anonymous company.Now we have an equipment problem and another new name, the second, will be coming out…Brendan has been serving the pool and Doing a great job for some time now
the servixe guy who would come, nice as pie. Linda and Gary, useless. We used their services as they came with the property when we bought. Gary showed up at the house, a conteact was signed. We paid our first bill on line.Fast forward to December. I reached out to Gary directly because we hadnt received any bills since the first. He said he would have the office reach out. Well, two weeks later i get a barage pf emails with multiple bills attached for each month.I called and spoke with Linda, who had zero answers to any questions i had regarding the invoices. No call back feom Linda OR Gary, the owner.Itis now mid-January and i just received four kore invoices for service in December. Each invoice has duplicate charges and nothing has been rectified.Shady business and accounting practices. Maybe NOW, we will receive a call or maybe they really just dont care.
