This is our third year with American Pool as our CPO. They have always been fantastic to work with. They are attentive to the maintenance needs of our pool & are always available to answer our questions.
Do not use this company they are a joke. Customer service will not answer your calls the owner Brian is very rude. They took over our pool and our pool has been closed at least 3 days a week since June 1. Horrible!!
This is by far the worst company in Pittsburgh. If they were essentially the only pool company in the area they would be out of business. Horrible customer service. Lifeguards don’t show up on time and leave whenever they want to. It’s literally a joke that these people have a business.
If you are a business and considering contracting with this company to provide lifeguards for your pool or aquatic facility...DON’T! I have belonged to a local LA Fitness for almost 3 years and at least once a week the lifeguard never shows.
