Blue Escapes P&S installed a new pool filter for us today. Travis did a great job - timely, efficient, great attention to detail, and friendly. We're very happy with the job he did and with Blue Escapes.
I had my equipment slab replaced and all equipment removed and then reinstalled. Replaced the salt generation system. All work was done to my complete satisfaction. The crew who replaced the slab were done in less than 2 hours and the area was left very clean. Travis did a great job in reinstalling the equipment and streamlining the plumbing as well as replacing worn seals and valves. He kept me informed of status and clearly explained the changes recommended. The estimate was within the range I expected and any additional parts were clearly explained and very reasonably priced. This work upgraded my equipment/slab that had been installed 21 years ago and I expect it will last another 20+. I would recommend Blue Escapes for any future work.
I have had a terrible experience with this company. I called to schedule a diagnostic on Thursday May 21st, I was told they would call me Monday to schedule a day and time. The following Thursday May 28th, still no word, I called back and finally got a day scheduled the following Monday June 1st with no time frame. The technician showed unannounced, went to the backyard to “diagnose” the issue, got in his truck and left without saying anything. The following day on Tuesday morning I was charged the $89.00 diagnostic fee. Now today Wednesday June 3rd, I still have no diagnosis or haven’t heard from the company. It’s been two weeks since I’ve reached out to this company for service. I understand being busy but the lack of communication is frustrating. I would not recommend doing business with Blue Escapes Pool & Spa. It’s just been a big waste of time and money.
There was a slight misunderstanding at the very beginning, but Bob, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. He addressed the issue immediately, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was handled the right way. That level of accountability and customer service really stood out to me.Because of the great experience I had, I am now getting a quote from them for a full remodel. It’s such a relief to find a pool company you can truly trust. I highly recommend Blue Escape Pools to anyone needing pool repairs or upgrades!
Today I had the unpleasant and unfortunate experience with one of this companies employees not only did he call me the N-word. He also said that he was gonna shoot me in my face as well as punch me in my face. Not only am I disgusted that this is a man who is the age of a senior citizen if not almost to the age of a senior citizen you would think that he would be behave with decorum and would have self-respect for himself. Unfortunately, that was not displayed today his nefarious and nugatory statements created so much fear for my children and I would think twice before spending your hard earned money with a company that does not uphold integrity while dealing with the public. It’s very disheartening especially with seeing high reviews of the craftsmanship coming from this company. It’s just very disappointing to see such disturbing behavior. I really do hope it’s addressed sooner rather than laterI’ve added pictures of the employee that displayed such disgusting behavior. He was trying to evade and avoid getting in contact with the police. I was on the phone with officers and letting them know his license plate as well as his description and car description as well. Hopefully they’re able to address this employee and proactively find a solution to avoid any of this happening in the future.
