First, I will state that Paul and Hayden who we speak with are always kind. I feel like our project is moving when I'm done speaking with them. The problem is the lack of follow through. This project is well over $300K just for the pool part of the project. They have made multiple promises on timelines and I say timelines because we have now had several. I'm at the point where I should receive a different direction. Crazy!
I was needing help with my pool equipment and balancing my chemicals. I reached out to Josh and he was more than happy to stop by and help me troubleshoot. He took his time making sure everything was functioning properly. He helped me understand the current condition of my pool and the steps I need to take to make sure it’s performing at its best. Troy with Living Water is awesome! We have a top end pool from Living Water that never has any issues and is stunning! The service ongoing pool service from Troy is top notch! He keeps an eye on everything to make sure everything is running smoothly and goes the extra mile to keep it clean even when the lawn mowers and wind dump a bunch of junk into it. If you're looking for the best, Living Water and Troy are it!
Paul and Julia Collins are super nice people who stand behind their word and work, and Paul is a talented pool designer!We had 3 bids underway when a friend insisted I add Living Water Pools to my bid list, and we're sure glad we did. Their presentation included a 3 minute video of our new yard, as if a drone was hovering around our yard filming the pool design from all angles. Once we saw it we were in!Our space was a bit challenging, as our yard is a zero lot line, but opens up to the lake. It's a fairly tight space to work, but Paul came and had a vision for how to incorporate our wish list, e.g. pool seating, covered kitchen/sitting area, some negative edge, hot tub, etc., and designed an incredible pool area! He built us a resort in our backyard on Lake Ray Hubbard.The craftsmen they use are very talented, all super nice, and flexible. From the stone and tile team, to the kitchen builder, electrician and plumbers. We continue to use LWP for my weekly service, and Jacob does a great job keeping it looking great.I recommend you call Living Water Pools today, and get your dream yard underway!
