Riverbend Sandler designed and built our swimming pool based on our needs. It is everything we wanted. We use them for weekly pool service (cleaning and checking the equipment). They also clean the filter when needed. Response time to any communication from us is quick and resolute.My only complaint is that we picked travertine for our decking and were not told that each wet spring season, the ground might swell/shift and displace some of the stones. We keep having to use mason workers every year to address the issue. It would have been nice to know this was a possibility in advance.
We had several companies out to choose for our pool design and build. RBS has an impeccable reputation and they exceeded that in Eric Norris designing a pool with my wife’s concepts always forefront, to the build where RBS has standards beyond anyone else in the industry. Francisco and Daniel made sure we were well taken care of during the build, even when I had questions beyond the norm since I work from home and watched the entire process. Highly recommend!
Riverbend Sandler was a pleasure to work with. We waited a very long time to confirm everything we wanted. Matt/Sales was extremely patient and made numerous changes with a smile. Eventually, we signed a contract for them to build a pool and everything transitioned to Francisco/Proj Mgmt. That transition was seamless. And then the construction process, oh my, flawless. Groundbreaking to water in the pool took 7 weeks and 1 day! Unbelievable really. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with this team. And we are extremely happy with our pool. We'll hopefully enjoy this years to come and I can only hope our service experience meets the same level of service that both sales and construction teams delivered.
We built a backyard pool with Riverbend and had a great experience. Victor Ramirez designed the pool for us. He was very patient walking us through the process, choose of materials, and came up with a design that is better than we initially imagined. He is knowledgable and his choice of design elements (e.g., lights, bubblers, desk jets, etc) all turned out great! His design of the pool with the deck and other concrete work around the house really transformed the look and our living experience! The pool building team led by Dave Casper were also super professional throughout the process. They took care of all our concerns and questions (first-time pool!). We decided to continue using Riverbend for maintenance of our pool and is happy with the service!
Matt Toney designed our pool and somehow in 5 questions with a set of survey tools, captured exactly what we were looking for. After multiple proposals from other builders lasting hours, it was refreshing to work with Matt.Francisco was our project manager and his crews are timely and clean. We were impressed with their efficiency, follow through and how polite and considerate they were. Francisco communicates clearly with a lot of positivity and detail. They actually beat their timeline as well so I cant say enough good about the whole experience throughout the entire build process.
