Nexus Pool Care

Exceptional Review for Cody Cody was absolutely exceptional during our pool orientation. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about our pool and its equipment. He took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we understood how everything works and how to properly maintain it. What really stood out was how friendly and personable Cody was. He never rushed through the orientation and made the entire process easy and stress-free. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure we felt comfortable and confident were greatly appreciated. Cody is a true asset to the company, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to walk us through our pool orientation. Five stars all the way! We highly recommend Cody to anyone looking for excellent service and expertise.

I have been using Nexus pools for almost 3 years and my pool is always sparkly clean! Ethan is currently my pool tech. He always does an amazing job and is very thorough with his follow up notes and pictures. I have had a couple of repairs along the way and communicate with Drew who is also amazing! They are always very responsive whenever I reach out and always take the time to answer any questions and concerns I have. It is so nice as a customer to know that your business is appreciated. They definitely have a great system in place. I went through a couple of other pool maintenance companies when I first got my pool and service was always subpar at best. I had almost given up the hope of finding a reliable service. If you are in the need of a maintenance company, you will not find a better company than Nexus!

Great pool company! Our last pool company quit on us, and Nexus Pool responded quickly to our online submission for help. They came to our house promptly and were flexible in letting us pick and choose the services we wanted. We are pleased to have our pool looking great again!
