It over. They installed a new pump and it works great. Very professional and reliable. My only issue they might want to reevaluate is when you charge a customer a $95 fee to after they just bought a $3000 pump replacement they might want to waive the $95 fee for the assessment. Most companies do that especially when you accept an estimate on such an expensive job. Nevertheless, I would still recommend them and their services.

DO NOT USE PERFECT POOL!!! The owner Chris is a liar. We contacted perfect pool and spa to refinish our pool after a fire. Chris claimed he repaired and pressure tested the pool drains. After pouring the concrete deck we found that Chris lied. The pipe for the main drain was missing a 6 foot section of piping. When confronted with these facts Chris stated " We can take it to court."
Another incident that all should be awAre of is his employees are not electricians. When the new electrical panels were installed by perfect pool and spa they were installed incorrectly resulting in shorted outlets in the panel. This is after we expanded to Chris we were refinishing our pool due to a traumatic fire.
I had to stop contact between my wife and Chris because he was demeaning and told my wife "If you could understand basic concepts then you'd get what I'm explaining to you but you don't."
He's unprofessional and a liar.

I've been working with Chris for about 15 years after some failed services from 3 other companies. He has helped repair and/or replace my pool equipment when needed. He comes by quickly when I need repairs or estimates. His prices have always been cheaper than other companies and he stands by his workmanship!!

This company is neither professional nor good at what they do (which is supposed to be cleaning pools). When we hired them, in December, I told them we had cleaned the filters and had been balancing the chemicals in the pool, but it was still green and we couldn’t figure out why. We had never had a problem the nearly 7 years we’ve maintenance the pool ourselves, until just recently. Four weeks later, the pool was even greener. On that fourth week, Kaleb, who was servicing our pool for the first time (it was someone else before, who apparently never even checked the filters and only showed up once) told me that the filter manifold was cracked. I asked him to let me know how much it would cost and I asked if he could get the parts and install them so that we could get the pool back to blue. He said he would let the office know and someone would call me. A week later, nothing had been done with the filter and no one had called. And the pool was even greener. I received a bill for $130.50 for the three weeks in December that they were supposed to be servicing it. When I called to dispute the bill, the person I talked to was rude and told me that I was still responsible for the bill, despite the fact that our pool was even greener than when I first hired them over four weeks ago. Then the owner called me and offered to take one week off the bill, which I agreed to. I just couldn’t see continuing with a company that I was already so disappointed with, so I called back and told Connor that I was canceling our service with them. Within a few days I got a final bill in the mail which also included the partial month of January and the cartridge filter cleaning, totaling $188. I paid that “Final Bill” and hired a new pool servicing company that same day. The new pool guy came out and looked at the pool and the filters and said cleaning the filters did nothing since the manifold was cracked and the green water just flowed right past the filters. New manifolds were installed and within four days our pool was blue again. The new guy did, in four days, what Perfect Pool (an oxymoron) could not do in four weeks. The final straw in my decision to leave a review was when I got yet another bill in the mail, today, charging me again for the partial month of January, liquid chlorine, and the cartridge filter cleaning… all which had already been paid within days of receiving the last bill a month ago. From my experience, I can only describe them as a rip off company. They don’t do their jobs and then still expect you to pay. And once you pay, they try to charge again for what you already paid. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could.
