We had our pool put in almost exactly a year ago. I wanted to wait until we had some time with it before I wrote my review. I started this process before we even lived in Redding. I was calling from afar asking questions and gathering information that I was using to make decisions about the property we would purchase. Nila was always helpful and came to know me by name pretty quickly. She helped me look at the models that were on sale a the time and was incredibly patient with all of my curiousity. When it came time to dig a crew came out and they were wonderful. They were sweet with the kids, who were so excited to see construction vehicles, and got to work. Then came the pool on the back of a truck and the crane to place it. The kids were over the moon! I came out one hot day and there were two guys shoveling gravel. I thought... the poor two guys really got stuck with the hard part. Then I heard a voice come out from under the pool. Who was it? Andy. He was here doing what appeared to be the hardest and least pleasant part of the job. I was just really impressed. The whole team was patient in helping us understand what they were doing and why. The only negative was the guy that came out for concrete but he's not an employee there so that's a review for a different company. Once the pool was all set we were swimming. We got a kit for the winter and a kit to reopen and it was all easy peasy. Everything has worked well and they have continued to be supportive. They will get all of the business I can ever throw their way.
Andy was wonderful through every process. He loved my dog to welcome him each morning. I had my friend lori also go with this company. I just sent 2 more customers.Andy dad is A great guy also.always wanting to help.
Spent a lot of money on a pool and have nothing but problems with the lighting system. When the pool package was sold it was told that I had a life time warranty on the pool but have been trying for 4 plus years to get the pool light fixed and they have been busy for 4 years. Again tried asking for a repair and given the run around again and passing the buck for me to call another pool company.. omg why would I call someone else..I paid for a service from this company.
Great local business with knowledgable staff that take care of their customers .Hands down the most friendly and honest pool folks in Shasta County.
Andy is the best!!! Still taking care of me years after my pool was installed. He is one of the most helpful, considerate business owners I know, willing to go out of his way to help me out. Highly recommend using these guys for any of your pool needs!
