We had an excellent experience with the service team at Anthony & Sylvan Pools. From start to finish, everyone was attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.Vicky was wonderful to work with and helped get us scheduled quickly after a previous pool company left us with a mess and essentially abandoned the job. Terrance came out, thoroughly cleaned the pool, and also took care of several minor maintenance items while he was here.We are truly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help us get our pool back in order. I do not recommend Anthony & Sylvan. The pictures of my plaster job speak for themselves. They 100% subed out the work on my job. Anthony and Sylvan showed up to quote the job, and the next time we saw anyone from the company was 6 weeks after the job was already complete. No oversight
We had an excellent experience throughout our pool-building process. Tom did an amazing job designing our pool, walking us through all the available options, and patiently answering every question we had along the way. His expertise made the design process smooth and enjoyable.Colin, our project manager, was outstanding. He was always available, highly communicative, and kept us informed through every stage of the project. He regularly visited the site, ensured the work was progressing on schedule, and made sure the quality of the build met expectations.Chloe was fantastic in coordinating and scheduling the crews. She consistently provided updates and kept everything organized, making the entire process stress-free and transparent.We are extremely happy with our new pool and the overall experience. We highly recommend.
Anthony & Sylvan delivered the pool of our dreams in a timely fashion! Everyone on the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, starting with Tom in sales who helped design our pool. Chloe and Jessica did a great job at scheduling/planning the installation and keeping us informed throughout the build process. Colin and Michael made sure technical and operation aspects went smoothly. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan to build your pool.
We chose Anthony & Sylvan based on a good sales pitch and design software that got us very excited about our pool. The construction took more than twice as long as originally communicated to us, so we got our pool completed just in time to close it for winter.2 other big issues -1. We paid for premium coping that should have been pure gray stones, but many of ours had significant brown discoloration. They came back to replace some of the coping, but a lot of it still has significant brown stains. Worst of all, during the work to replace stones, they damaged the pool deck and did nothing to repair or compensate us for the damage.2. After 1 year, our concrete pool deck has a large crack running through it. Anthony & Sylvan told me it’s outside our 1 year warranty and they did nothing to help. Extremely disappointing to have a 30 foot long crack in our pool deck that is just over a year old.Overall we are enjoying our pool, but for this level of investment I expect better customer service if issues arise. If I were to do it again, I would choose a different company.
