We bought a hot tub here in February of 2018. The process was easy and we got exactly what we wanted including no delivery and hookup that went smoothly. After about 8 years of daily use, we developed a leak. We scheduled a service appointment. The technician arrived in time, diagnosed the issue and made a repair recommendation based on the age of the unit and its condition. We went with the repair and were shocked that he had all the needed parts in his truck and knocked it out in one visit. You can buy confidently from this company. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
Bought my swim spa here and it couldn't have gone more smoothly and hassle free. Thomas, store manager, worked with my deck contractor and crane operator to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt in such capable hands. It's 6 months later and the wonderful customer service continues. Rachel, who also works in the store, is a font of knowledge, very helpful and has a great laid back, calming presence. Highly recommend them. I love my swim spa!
My husband and I bought our pool from Luxury Pool and Spas. We went to many other stores and felt the personal service couldn’t be beat at Luxury!! Will and his employees are top-notch. Any questions or concerns are immediately handled. We definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or spa! Plus, Will is always willing to carry out the heavy items to my car! That kind of service is rare and much appreciated!!
The experience of buying our spa from Luxury Pool and Spa could not have been more pleasant. When our old hot tub died, I visited the store in Short Pump and met with Will. He was knowledgeable and most impressive was that he did not try to sell me a more expensive tub but rather only what I needed. Tub was delivered this week...the delivery guys were great... I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a hot tub.
