Bogner pools did an excellent job on my pool!! After interviewing many pool companies and obtaining bids, Bogner was the most knowledgeable and most reasonably priced. My pool turned out EXACTLY how I wanted. They were also very fast and clean! And because they’ve been around so long and know exactly what they are doing, the plans that were submitted to the city was approved with no problem!
Bogner Pools really did a good job with our pool. We are so happy with how it turned out. We really enjoyed our experience with Nelson, Chris and Joe! They were so patient, informative and helpful during the entire process! Even when we had unexpected and unnecessary issues with our neighbor, they were very knowledgeable and explained everything every step of the way. At the end we did have some loose tiles that needed repairs, and they scheduled us right away to have them fixed. Other than that, we absolutely love our pool and are very glad we chose them to complete our project.Bogner Pools was great and I would definitely recommend.**However, they did recommend a landscaper by the name of "Shaun Davis Landscaping". *BEWARE!!!* He was the absolute worst choice we made in this entire project. He used profanities at me, took no responsibility for his work, was a fast talker but was not knowledgeable at all and was very combative when mistakes were made that he could not talk his way out of (even when Bogner tried to mediate the situation). He even made statements like "any idiot can get a contractors license". Which turned out to be very true because he was able to acquire one. We spent alot of money and had to have almost all of it ripped out and fixed by another company. There are things we could not afford to fix and have been left for us to deal with later, such as the cracking and falling of brand new stairs and concrete leading to front door, concrete pad placed in backyard for shed has non consistent measurements and will have to be significantly altered to fit preplanned shed and so much more! Bogner Pools is not contracted with him, but tried to make things right and mediate the problems. Even when requested by Bogner, he could not itemize pricing and was caught in multiple lies. He even requested payment before contracted work was completed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS CON ARTIST!
My pool was finished in August 2018. My pipes are Rusted and leaking. My tiles are falling off on the waterfall two years ago and they need to be grouted all around the spa waterfall area and now I have to get someone to replace the pipes to the water fill because they used galvanized pipes and they weren’t supposed to now my water can get contaminated and make my grandkids sick or anyone who swims I haven’t called them yet, but I’m going to call them today and see if they do anything about it and if they don’t, I’m gonna contact an attorney…Sherri Barton
The Bogner team was great. From the sales process with Chris, to Shannon and the back office team to Construction Chris and his team. We are extremely happy with the process and final product we received.
We are happy with our pool. The build went smoothly and they delivered on what they said the would. We've had a few small issues with chlorinator and heater, but that was pentair not Bogner. Bogner was very quick to take care of it and make it right.
