Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise the team's professionalism, and pool owners express satisfaction with completed projects. One customer reported last-minute changes to build dates, repeated difficulty getting responses and crews washing plaster or concrete tools on the fresh lawn. The same customer said a rock-breaking subcontractor charged for four hours after offering to stop at three, and the issue remained unresolved.

Got a pool done with them and turned out good so far. Chuck the owner knows his stuff. However, there were a few things that made the whole build experience and service a bit unpleasant. First, I know that changes to planned build dates can change, but last minute notice when I have to take the day off it’s unprofessional. Also, the dig sub was contracted as an add on to break a rock for 4 hours, right before the 3d hr, he stated the rock is not going to break and he offered to stop and only charge for 3 hrs. We agreed, later to find out he charged for 4. Tried to resolve the issue but the owner would not let me have a convo with the sub and no resolution was achieved. Overall communication was poor having to reach out repeatedly with no response or a response deflecting to another person in the company. I get it, it’s a small company, but with these many years of experience, you’d figure they would have all these nuances figured out. There were other things that seemed just below par like not making their crews clean up, washing their plaster or concrete tools on our fresh lawn, among other things. They usually install a pool deck with their preferred sub, but can’t really ding them on the pool deck since I added additional items out of scope. However, if this is their preferred pool deck sub, beware. I will say, their pool service guy, forgot his name, very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Keep that guy.

Chuck and Gary are a great combo to work with on getting your pool construction completed. Their pricing was fair and everything that they committed to do got done in a timely manner. The post sales with them is great too. If you have questions after your pool is done they always respond timely and get things done for you. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are returning customers of Pacific Pools and Patios. 18 years ago this company built our first swimming pool. And now, they just completed our new swimming pool and spa. Once again, they don't disappoint. The whole Pacific Pool team is very professional and helpful. In several occasions we stopped by the office to ask questions and we were always greeted and assisted by Chaz and Shannon. The pool looks amazing, just like the design that Gary had presented to us! We love it! Like in any major project, there was a minor issue that had to do with the plumbing, but it was immediately corrected by the company that pour the concrete. Many thanks to Mr. Chuck and the whole team for their quality work and wonderful service!
