We called on a Monday before the 4th was told they probably couldn’t come until Monday 7/6. We answered all questions with their AI person. Gave address, instructions on how to get to the pool etc. Monday (today) we sat around all day waiting for them and got nothing, not even a phone call. When I tried to call them numerous times after 3 pm their phone rang once then disconnected. I don’t know who gave them positive reviews but I call them highly unprofessional! Plus hated that I couldn’t talk to a real person! 5 thumbs down!
If I can give 1000 stars ! Anthony is the BEST in the business. He brought his own equipment and within a few hours he had my pool clear & swimmable. He’s very patient and I’ll never call anyone else. Highly recommend ! ??
After calling Anthony on a Saturday afternoon, he came to my house on the following Monday and repaired my pump (not priming) in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and definitely experienced. I’ll definitely call him again for future work.
