I had some serious issues with my previous hot tub and stopped by to ask for advice; even though I didn’t purchase it from this company. Jeremiah took the time to really listen to my concerns and gave me valuable information on how to look deeper into the problem. It turned out my issues were much more serious than I thought. One of the owners, Mike, spent over 5–6 hours at my home on delivery day to make sure everything was perfect and that my new saltwater system was up and running smoothly. Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable, always patient and great to work with. Josh kept me informed throughout the delivery day, letting me know the time of arrival and what to prepare in advance. The entire team—Mike, Josh, and Chad provided top-notch service and went above and beyond in every way. Lastly, I want to give special thanks to Jeremiah, who played a big role in my decision to buy from this company. Even when he knew I wasn’t yet a customer, he offered help and practical remedies to try. We recently purchased a new hot tub from Krossber Brothers. Shopping experience was great, staff was attentive and friendly. Jeremiah went over all options and assisted us with selecting a hot tub. They also gave us a great deal with lots of accessories. The delivery was quick (within 2 weeks) and the guys were again very professional and friendly. We’ve been enjoying it for almost 2 months now and couldn’t be happier!
