We hired this company to professionally open our pool at our new home because we were excited to start off on the right foot as first-time pool owners. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing from a customer service standpoint.My husband took a day off work to be there for the original appointment, and the company completely no-call/no-showed. We understand delays happen, especially during busy pool season, but nobody contacted us … we had to reach out ourselves after waiting half the day. We were then assured they would come “first thing” the following morning.The next morning, I rearranged my work-from-home schedule to be available, and once again nobody showed up for several hours. Around 11:30, I called our contact, Conor, and was told the tech, Stephanie, would arrive in 15 minutes. She ended up arriving closer to 45 minutes later and sat in her truck at the end of my driveway for another 10 minutes before coming to the house. When she finally approached, there was no apology or explanation for the repeated delays and lack of communication.To be fair, the actual pool opening itself went smoothly (because the previous owners maintained it well), and we’re happy to have it open and functioning. I also appreciated that after I expressed my concerns, they did take $100 off the bill. However, that discount only came after I advocated for it myself, and considering we upgraded our package and committed to using them again to close the pool at the end of the season, it felt fairly minimal relative to the overall investment we made.At the end of the day, delays happen but companies need to respect their customers’ time and communicate proactively. I probably wouldn’t work with them again in the future.

Dar and his team did a great job installing our pool! They started sooner than we expected and we were able to swim in a week !! All our questions and concerns in building a pool were addressed positively. Dar and his team were great as we asked the same questions several time to make sure we had it all correct. We are so happy with our beautiful pool!!
